Fulfilling Your Spiritual Promise is a journey about love—the love that brought you here and the love that you are. This class is designed for you to get to know who you are from the perspective of your soul. In this class you practice techniques for moving past inner and outer distractions and focusing on what is most meaningful in life. You explore ways to meditate and build a solid spiritual practice to quiet the mind, ignite the spirit and clear negativity that holds you back from fully participating in your life. There are great and powerful resources available to you that are just waiting for you to enjoy.
