Description: Would you like to experience better health but haven’t found an approach that really works for you? Living the Spiritual Principles of Health and Well-Being provides a new way of looking at health, focusing on the close and interactive relationship between our spiritual nature and our physical wellbeing. Following the principle that everything we think, say or do is either health creating or health negating, the class demonstrates that virtually any approach or activity, from nutrition and exercise to spiritual practices and relationships, can be used for enhancing health. Students learn of and work with a variety of resources for creating, improving, and maintaining optimal health and wellbeing.
